If you do nothing with your channel, that's exactly what you're going to get, nothing. Constantly create and post 3 times a day. You don't need subscribers, you need views. Create a video every day and you will get more views. Then you will be excited to see how many views you received from your videos. Keep pushing. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
@Giggle.Machine25 күн бұрын
set a mark like one month and start uploading more clips like 1-2 every day and you be on a good way first channel i had it took a 3 months for me to get 100.000 views, just be consistent and your time will come, and try different stuff like Albert said:Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, hope the best for you bud

@@DataFox7 Thanks as for your question, I have used some strats but not alot, because of the niche I'm doing is overdone, on my other channels I have done research on but haven't started making vids on it. In fact I haven't been uploading lately because my vids are around the 500 views average so I'm changing things up to see how things change. Things I learnt, 1) is to wait until a 1-2 months of using a channel before uploading vids because youtube might think its a bot so wouldn't push your vids 2) Put a comment in your vids for whatever reason, like any corrections, extra info, where to find more info, 3) The video doesn't have to be perfect, in fact mistakes might drive audience engagement by them commenting the mistakes 4) Make some videos consistently and after you have enough vids of 1 type draw conclusions, for example my landmark vids don't do well Also I've only been doing this for 2-3 months so I'm honestly not versed well enough to give insights but hope this helps

I've got it. If you are a small KZbin channel, it is almost impossible for you to grow without a ready-made audience, so my personal advice is to either broadcast live to gain an audience or open a page on social media sites and make your own advertisement yourself. If you are a game channel, I recommend you to broadcast on Twitch if you are a game channel, I KZbin 6 months and broadcast live instead of dealing with getting a fixed audience, you will get more efficiency for 6 months, you will not bother with video editing. 🤔
@tyrekewatson5144Ай бұрын
Awesome video as always. I am small KZbinr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I haven't used a lot help by Famester, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

This strategy of checking impressions vs views is genius! At 2:35 you cracked the code - it's not about 'fixing the algorithm', it's about making content people can't resist clicking. Just tried your analytics technique on my own channel and it's like having a roadmap for what to improve. That Minecraft lightsaber comparison was such a clear example too. Seeing those thumbnails side by side really shows how small tweaks can make a massive difference in grabbing attention.

The other things I did was deleting all my shorts even the viral ones. I did not regret it.

@HedoneAIАй бұрын
@@DataFox7 Thanks! I'm very much still a small creator! I have multiple channels (some performing well, some not) and I can say that the best way to be successful is to a) be very clear on the niche you are operating in - if your topic is too broad the algorithm will struggle to find the right audience for you even if your content is great b) make sure your titles and thumbnails are excellent and 'pop' to the viewer - imagine if you were scrolling on your phone - would you click on it? c) make sure the first ten seconds of your video also 'pops' - both visually and content wise - otherwise you will find that (very annoyingly) you might lose 50% of viewers in the first 10-20 seconds and find the remaining viewers stay for the whole video - you tube will think the video 'isn't performing' and stop promoting it when in fact, it's just a poor intro d) you must post consistently and often (at least twice a week, ideally three or more) otherwise you tube will take it that you aren't committed to your channel e) make sure your content is high quality and bang on your niche - don't post something off piste ever as both viewers and you tube will notice that f) if possible, bring a 'personal touch' to your channel - treat your channel like a brand g) lastly, don't try and compete in a highly saturated niche where there are a lot of big channels - realistically it's going to be v difficult to compete with them - I could go on, but that's probably enough for now! Best of luck.

Try switching your perspective. If you start learning how to sing.. guitar or piano etc do not expect money, fame and other things in the first year. Its perfectly normal. In business is the same. Most of the busines in romania dont have profit in the first year. Imagine now you have a business. Learn, grow, invest money and time and focus on the future. Or just enjoy the process, you learning how to write a script, how to record, edit etc.

Awesome video . I am small KZbinr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform.

I feel frustrated as I upload videos almost daily, do everything from scratch, edit the video, design the visuals and sound, and find a beautiful script, but in the end I get 10 views, most of which are from re-watching my video ,But I find the joy when I'm doing this :)

For me, it has been very effective to do "research" of popular videos and topics on channels similar to mine, and compare my channel with those channels. The correct use of keywords is quite effective (at least in my experience). My most viewed and successful videos in terms of engagement are those in which I apply this strategy, but which at the same time have an original touch that differentiates my video from similar videos on other channels. Last year my channel went from almost 2K subs to 6k subs in a few months because of that.

I always just come up with the random topics and titles, doing well at first, but now it’s kinda falling apart. I will try this strategy to get it back on track. So thankful and grateful that algorithm leads this vid to me (hope it will leads mine to the viewers too 😅)

I just started a KZbin channel about two weeks now, and I'm struggling to reach the 300 subs mark, non of my vids are gaining traction, but for some reason some KZbin shorts work a bit better, not sure why. Anyway I hope all those who are starting a new channel good luck, and don't loose hope.

This probably works well for bigger channels, but after doing this to some of my videos nothing changed. I don't think this is necessarily bad advice - just doesn't seem applicable to newer/small channels.

It's not a bad method, but I think it's important to note that if all you're doing is following trends and whatever makes popular videos then your videos are going to be a dime a dozen, surrounded by everyone else doing the exact same thing. If you want to actually do well you need to either have a unique niche in your topic, bring you're own style to the topic, or just be someone really creative and make the next trends yourself. If your strategy is just to look at the most popular videos and copy them, unfortunately, they've already been made.
@Technodog23 күн бұрын
For example, you could just download the most popular videos and reupload them-it’s literally the exact same thing that got all those views. Obviously though, that wouldn’t work.

I have a small 80s & 90s pop culture and nostalgia channel. That may be too narrow of a niche, but I’m having fun a little over 50 videos in. It’s introduced me to some really cool people already, and there’s great value in that alone! Keep it up everyone!
