Best recruiting strategy is to always have 35 people with scholarships on the board at all times atleast during year 1, put max points on the 4 and 5 stars and schedule visits as early as possible, it’s not worth fighting over a 3 star because you can look for 3 stars with no offers and there is always atleast 15 in every position other than safety and maybe o line, hope this helps Bengal, I hate seeing you put 40 on a 3 star cb that’s not even scouted when you could get one without any offers without needing to put points on them.

As someone who plays the speed option playbook, a lot of the FB runs require a more agile player, and to *keep* the ball you have to be far quicker than the animation shows, it's very odd but understandable - problem is it varies per option pending style and even formation

I know you definitely have way more time on this game and more trial and error but from my experience with recruiting, just send the house on 4-6 4-5 stars and get them to recruit faster and then you can load up on 3 stars and late 4 star gems .
