The Russ trade hurts, but from these years what hurts the most for me is not resigning Caruso and getting JHS instead of the guys that where picked just after him. Russ's trade is an understatement mistake, he came from an insane season with the Wizards, some people though it could work, some thought it wouldn't, but those other mistakes almost everyone knew were big fuck ups right when they happened and if we had 2 more valuable players we'd be in a much better position to compete.
