Rebuilding the Lemans Transmission!

Was getting tired of the slip and slid TH350, so took a random spare and rebuilt with my buddy Justin then threw it in the car!

How many click to seat the converter. I have a 72 lemans that the torque converter hits the flex plate before the housing meets the engine block even after 2 clicks. Its preloading the transmission pump. Had the transmission out numerous times and still unable to have a gap between the torque converter and flex plate when the housings are bolted up. Its bound up.Does it need 3 clicks? I just rebuilt the engine (first time) and had the crank turned. Starting to wonder if they gave me someone elsed crank at this point. May have to tow it to a transmission shop.
