You need good staff for rebuilds bro, like good coaches to get wins, you need to choose the right system proficiency, you need a good assistant GM to attract free agents...there is more to winning in the sim than just building a squad, I think that was the issue in the second season.

I finessed the NBA while doing the Suns Rebuild! I got the first and second overall picks with the 10th overall pick and got Zion Williamson, Bol Bol, and Cam Reddish. Kept Booker and Ayton, signed Kyrie, and traded for Robert Covington plus some major bench upgrades without cheating!!! They Blew the Pelicans on the Regular Season by 70.
