This was one of my personal favorite pairings in Cousins and AD. Which are two of my favorite players. I liked them together, but they didn't build the team properly, let alone use them properly. If they stayed healthy, built the team properly I think they could have be a championship contender. They should have kept jrue holiday, AD & cousins as the big 3. They get 3&D players around those 3. They run the team thru Cousins who was similar to jokic but with defense and a grit and grind mentality. They trade for Jae crowder & danny green. They trade for jordan Clarkson. Then they could just sign guys after that. There lineup is 1. Jrue holiday, 2. Danny green, 3. Jae crowder, 4. AD & 5. Cousins You got lou will as the 6th man. That'll be deadly, it'll be hard scoring on them.
