I am so glad Weber popped out wit the Smokefire otherwise I would never have known about the best pellet grill in the market.

I'm looking to get a Rec Tec, do you think The Bull is worth the extra 300 over The Sampede?

If you have a deep pan on the front shelf can you open the lid without hitting it?

Can't decide if I should get a RecTec RT700 or the new Campchef Woodwind WiFi 36. Hard choice

Steve you haven't post new videos for a while. Any comparison video between the RecTec models? I know the size differences but anymore opinions on them?

Did you fill your hopper up when you did the burn in

I have the Stampede already but thinking of getting this one also. How much bigger is it?
@johnabbott81505 жыл бұрын
Big Rick I’m pretty sure the cooking area is 6 inches wider. 36 by 19.5 vs 30 by 19.5.

I just shop vac mine out every few months or so. It's not a big deal.

@@StokedOnSmoke yea it just sucks to have to take all the insides out. Many new smokers are going to easy cleanouts.

Have you done any cooks on it? You said stay tuned for cooks but this is the last video you uploaded, 7 months ago
@StokedOnSmoke4 жыл бұрын
Sorry man...I don't really have time to make videos any more (only occasionally)...but yes, I've done a bunch of cooks on it. If you typically are cooking larger quantities...then it's a good buy...but I honestly cook way more on the Stampede. The Stampede is more efficient but can also cook a LOT of food...but if you cater or cook for a bunch of people frequently, then the Bull is a great investment. I post a lot of story videos of my IG channel, so follow me there if you don't already. @bbqbros

I have a request. Smoked fried brisket. Or just fried brisket!!! Can it be done??? Is it edible???
@StokedOnSmoke5 жыл бұрын
Hmmm...I dunno...but that sounds like an amazing idea! I'll have to see if I can come up with something :)

StokedOnSmoke Harry soo did one. It didn’t come out. I think he over cooked it. But I have one for ya. Do a crab boil. Like u would for boiling crawfish. Throw a raw brisket in the boil and boil it for 30 min. Then take the brisket out of the boil and smoke it to time and temp and wrap to rest. ITS AMAZING. I got 2nd place out of 70 some people in a cookoff. Everyone was amazed in the flavor and tenderness in a brisket.

Good call on the stainless. My RT-680 has paint peeling off it everywhere.

Curious why you made a review video for the Napolean charcoal grill 4 years ago and then never made any actual cook videos with it? Was their something wrong with that grill?
