Window switch, everything is in my comment, I'm glad it worked. When changing the old battery for new, use a battery charging tender, will keep the pcm going.

Guys I been trying to get this to work for 2 years now. I found the solution by accident today when I got to work. All you have to do is with the door closed, put the window up as far as you can so the door will close easily. Then, open the door to a crack and close it real fast. 2 seconds later, the window will go up on it own all the way. I did it with the car off. I have a 2018 challenger sxt.

Man you are a life saver!! Just had to do this on my 2020 challenger. Had no clue what was wrong or how to fix it. My window was sitting outside of door seal gasket while rolled up and wouldn’t do the little drop the the challenger window does. Thank you 🙏🏽

Thanks Tim! Mine was a slightly different procedure on 2016 Challenger Scat Pack. With the window all the way up and holding up, then open/close door no deal. I rolled the window all way down, then held the up switch and opened the door (while holding switch up) when the window was about halfway, then closed the door (holding switch up). Now the window stops moving when I opened the door, and did not move when i closed the door (while holding switch up). I released the switch then moved to full up position and tested the door handle....TADA!!! I tried all the other resets like up down for 5 seconds, hold down for 60 seconds to induce a fault in the WCU (which it never did according to my code reader and check engine light) but nothing else worked. Thanks for saving me a bunch of time and $$$..

Then I left the window button up for 4 sec and the window stays up but as soon as I open the door and close it again it won’t close the 1/4 inch . Already tried all the tricks

My window on my drivers side on my 15 is stuck up when you open and close the door. It doesn’t go down a quarter of an inch up or down when you open the door anymore after I unplugged the battery. Any suggestions?

@@joekardack2294 Mine is a 18 also, time to replace. You'll have to recalibrate the windows, both side when you do. Have the battery tested 1st. Autozone or any the other auto stores will test your battery. This is just a summation. I never ran across that. Go by Autozone and ask. Sorry this is all I have unless I'm looking at it.

Never heard of that. You talking going up and down? Spray WD40 silicone spray in the window door seal. My truck does that sometimes. Maybe thst will help.

This method did not work for me. I have the 2018 SXT my driver side window clicks non stop every minute or so while I’m driving. It’s very annoying but when I shut off the car the window rolls up all the way and it’s normal. It only acts up when it’s running. Anyone know what might be the problem?

Sorry it didn't work for you. I watched other videos for this issue but they were for 1st and 2nd generation. Mine is 3rd gen. There maybe something else wrong like the window motor, etc.

sit in passenger seat. Close doors. Put car on run. Wait till digging stops.. Hold passanger door window down button for 4 seconds or until check engine flashes. When check engine flashes hold up button till check engine goes solid release button. Wait 4 seconds. Turn car off open door. If unsuccessful continue 2nd process. Sit in passanger seat. Place car in run wait till digging stops.. open door then Roll window down till window stops. Push window down button 10 times. Then lift window up button in approximately 1 second count 3 times but on third try hold window up position. Window should stop halfway. Close door. Turn car off then back on wait for dinging to stop roll up window with door closed.. turn off car and Check for proper operation
