idk sg server strange doesnt do that much people sick of main entrance having penny mine trauma and playing anti strange setup or doing their strange portal at side door. Also when strange open his sheild most of them will help that break and kill him ngl plus some cracked mantis player in plat always cancel strange ult if he ult on ground, maybe the effective one is just spawn portal and backline portal for dps to shoot them from behind

Let me give you why he is rank 1 simple and easy. Its because the game is still new and people dont know or dont understand that dr strange ult can be stunned while he is casting it. As people are too busy shooting each other off they barely get to use there actual cooldowns. I have faced countless dr strange tanks and i have stopped them from ulting 90% of the time just from penny parker stun which as 3 sec cooldown lmao
