What it seems to me awful is that manufacturers make these buses noisier than trucks, especially that buses carry people, not merchendise, so the people have to listen all that engine noise. 🤦 That rear engine is not isolated enough.

I've been in one of these, and they are very silent and comfortable. The coaches used to be noisy, but is not the case anymore.
