My wife is an Orthopedic surgeon. She would like to thank CrossFit bringing her more clients in the past 5 years than any other time. Bad form has allowed us to pay off her student loans, pay off the house and invest. Keep going CrossFit - there are millions of 40 year old "athletes" that need your attention and need to be taught the fucked up "CrossFit" way.

I know CrossFit sucks in some ways, but what about Wrestling? Wrestling's been fucking people up since ancient times. What about Jiu Jitsu practitioners twisting their bones every week? Football?
