1st minute or 2. He wasn't able to pull the trigger for emotional reasons. It was simply knowing the background of his target. There were too many civilians near and, more importantly, behind his target. That's my take. Your thoughts? Great recap

The only thing that irked me about this show was in season 1. When the bad guys were firing a 50 caliber 200 ft away and it did nothing. It didn't even harm the truck they were hiding behind for cover when a 50 cal would have shredded it and the people behind it. 50 calibers are known to penetrate engine blocks let alone a regular truck with no armor. And they were firing full auto on all the good guys with the 50 caliber. And the effects shown were little sparks like if it was a 9 mm bouncing off metal plating. Really bad continuity
