The little guy stopped crying when got out. My 65 cm tall boy doesn't fit in that seat and the position is extremely uncomfortable: sits on his bottom and the head holding part pushes his head forwards and down (chin in chest position). And the weight of the seat with isofx is probably 30kg.

Isofix creates problem for kids legs. What to do?

The small seat is clicked in the big one. You can rotate whole seat 360 degree and in forward and backward position you can fix it. For newborn only against driving direction allowed. If child grows up you can Only use the big seat in driving direction. Recaro says up to 105cm. Nice Seat but if you have a child that often spit or „puke“ (sorry Ian german maybe puke is a too rude word but don’t want to Google ) difficult to clean. Only had the fun 2 times and not very nice. To sum up nice seat and in total I would buy it again

US car seat regulations and EU ones are different so it wouldn't be legal to use there even if you can import it. Cybex Sirona is the only rotating seat that's approved to US regulations currently.

The seat's rebound bar needs to be flush with the seat's back, to do that you pull the gray lever just over the support leg and push the seat. Also baby has way too much clothes to be in a car seat, use a blanket over the straps to keep baby warm, and baby is too big for the newborn insert, if you just use the baby carrier without the extra padding it will fit way better and be more comfortable and secure
