I actually used to play this back in 2017 and made my own account using a KZbin video back then. I thought it was actually pretty cool, though I wish a lot of the game was transferred over to the western part of the world. Lots of unique gameplay aspects that would be much better than cod nowadays.

I miss this game immensely. I'm from the US, but I played so much of this game its actually wild. I met a Chinese dude who spoke some shockingly good English, and without asking him, he asked me if I wanted to login to his main account to try all of the crazy weapons he had unlocked. At that point I had only known him for about a week. Of course I said yes, because this game had some insanely awesome weapons locked behind a paywall. I still have that account login saved on my PC. I hope hes doing well. We played together for about a year. One of the nicest dudes Ive met while gaming.

Great video! Really cool someone covered an otherwise obscure version of COD Zombies. How did the random weapon perk work? Did you press the change weapon button for another weapon? Was it automatically triggered when you ran out of ammo? Curious how it works since I'm going to include a random weapon exchange perk in my mod for BO3 next time I update, and I'm wondering how they implemented it versus me. The entire update is about revamping the perk system, so naturally I'm curious. Maybe you said how it works, but I may have missed it.

Did someone get this back up and running yet after the shut down? I heard there was a restoration project in the works. But I have not heard anything else on it, I can't wait to be able to play again. I was one of the few that did not give up when trying to get cod online to work, and it paid off! Such a fun time and playing with Chinese people and speaking English to them and making funny noises was hilarious LMAO. There were so many cool people that played that I would have never met otherwise in my lifetime. The online multiplayer was fun and the zombies was underrated and slept on.
