a lil sneaky tip for libby users with an e-reader: once you download your borrowed book to your reader, you can return it in the app and it stays on your e-reader for the full rental period. not sure if this works with all models but I have a tolino (german equivalent to kobo I think) and it has worked perfectly so far. and also if you need more time to read a book, once the rental period expires you can continue reading the borrowed book as long as you don’t exit the book. once you exit it will be marked as expired
