Your jewellery is stunning, I'll be having a closer look. With books, I love a good murder. I can't get enough of them. I think I would've made either an excellent detective, or a very bad serial killer 😁. Only 3 weeks ago I bought my first Pat McGrath eyeshadow palette (bronze seduction), always baulking at the price. Even now I have to sit down with a cuppa when I think about it, but I rather think I might be hooked into the hype now, and they are so beautiful.

Ok! Circe by Madeline Miller is unbelievable. Emily Wilson’s translation of Homer’s The Odyssey is the best one. Liv Albert’s Greek Mythology is a really good reference, it breaks down all the major players in 3 main points ML Rio’s If We Were Villains is also a bit slow but is almost as good as The Secret History I like The Little Friend better than The Goldfinch but obviously Donna Tartt won her Pulitzer with the goldfinch so what do I know 😊

I clicked because I was curious to hear your thoughts on The Secret History (was my fav book for so many years) and then you reviewed the books I had been so on the fence about trying (Ariadne+Elektra).
