SECOND you establish the consciousness of the patient, to know if the patient is unconscious, to assess what kind of intervention you will give, you ask and shout Hey Hey Hey are you Okay? if unresponsive then you assess whether the patient has pulse whether the patient is breathing, on after then you can proceed what to do firsr as your intervention, you know what to do in BLS-ACLS situition, and this is Letter D so on and so fort and the last choice is C, you will last check for bleeding and wounds
