I'm a licensed electrician and I have seen these but have never installed them. They're really nice. Also, Halo is far and away my favorite brand of LED recessed lighting. Halo is a leader in the lighting industry and for good reason. And the best part for me as an electrical contractor is very few callbacks. Halo because it just works!

I was too cheap to buy the halo brand ones haha. But these do work well. However I will lean towards you more for quality and safety. 🙂

Better installed with a dimmer switch. The dimmer will work for the nightlight and the downlight both. So you can have it even darker when using the night light option.

@@ReginaldSharma you can kind of notice the dimming of the nightlight when you used the dimmer in your bathroom. Just move it slower so you allow the light to dim instead of resetting the light.

I just have a standard switch, nothing special at all. Came with the house (probably costs a couple bucks at Home Depot.
