Corn is likely GMO if you live in murica. Tapioca, flour, starch are already high glycemic ingredients, sugar doesnt exactly add much more beyond what is already added. Tapioca itself has a GI of 70 whereas sugar is 60. There is more protein inside the yolk than egg white contrary to what the "fitness industry" say :) Egg shell is edible btw as long as its grinded up properly. For the ultimate frugal.

i feel like a lot of those recipees and methods of making it are more suitibale to less observant cooks, larger volumes (where clumps might be a bigger issue, espeically with weird temperatures), and to where it makes more sense to not like weigh out 20% cornstarch to flour ratio or something idk. thx for uploading
@BeatTheBush

I suppose sifting breaks it up so it dissolves with no clumps more easily. Thanks for watching!

I just bought an induction stove because it's more energy efficient than a hot plate. I'm not about to get a dedicated waffle maker. Looks interesting, though. BTW, any recommendations for non stick, induction compatible frying pan?
@BeatTheBush

I wouldn’t get a dedicated waffle maker UNLESS you want to eat it all the time. That’s the case for myself. I don’t have an induction stove so I never check my pans for comparability.
