if the male is heterozygous for red you will get blue and red in both sexes and possibly recessive red if he carries that color. If he is homozygous all young birds will be dominant red and the males will be heterzygous for dominant red.

Good birds can be any colour..Some people say keep away from colours..but i dont care if they are transparent as long as they get the Job done..What works for Me might not work for You.. Keep it up Things will work out with Perseverance

As I research, there is always more leaning towards the speed. I plan on having pigeons for my pleasure maybe for short tosses but mostly to stay home. A breeder is volunteering a few pairs after I made a call in for a bird I found. Are there breeds you have found that are better homers? I am not looking for racing speeds. Those reds are beautiful.

Impossible Dunn is the dilute of dark check or black, these birds don't carry dilute....
