This is one of the recipes that my mother prepares and I really wanted to share it with you. It is a healthy recipe that can also be eaten by vegetarians, I hope you like it!
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4):
- 3 courgettes
- 5 or 6 eggs
- 2 fresh onions or spring onions
- Salt (In my case I used Himalayan salt)
- Pepper
- Oil, oil and salt
