I feel like playing such a loud tune kinda defeats the purpose of demo-ing these cymbals. Without any other frame of reference they sound as loud as anything else. I'm interested in picking some up but would like to hear them on quiet jazz or funk grooves before pulling the trigger. Maybe with some comparisons to full-volume cymbals to hear the difference. Unfortunately this seems to be the only video available on these things.

They sound all the same.

They are designed to allow you to practice and play more quietly. They aren't designed to replace traditional cymbals for gigging etc., although I am sure you could given they are still quite loud.
