Brother I’ve been going through the same thing. Surviving off of popsicles and throat spray. Wound up with an infected salivary gland that busted and left a huge hole in my throat. Gargling with warm salt water has helped a ton with keeping the sores in my throat clean and has been helping with the infection. Take care of yourself bro, this illness is no joke! Hope you feel better soon! 🤘
