I've been running this charger and both the AA and AAA batteries from Power Owl for over a year. Best value rechargeable batteries you can get. Beats the heck out of rechargeable Duracell batteries, no joke.

Have you had any issues with the batteries not working well in any devices? The didn't work well in my wife's LED reading light for some reason.... I guess it didn't like the lower voltage. But overall, them seem really good. I am still trying to figure out how many months they can be stored before the voltage really drops/they need to be rechardged.

@@BriansRCStuffI have had no problems with 90% of applications. I did have an issue with my wall clock stopping using rechargeable batteries, this brand and other brands. It's a one battery clock. I mainly use the AAs (3 of them) in my rotating cat toy, where they last a long time. I use AAAs (2 again) in electroluminescent wire projects and 3 in my LED resin art. It's possible that I don't notice the lower voltage issue with the LED (flexible CoB LED wire) projects because I'm slightly overvolting the LEDs (rated for 3 volts) because my battery boxes fit 3 batteries, which is 4.2 volts. I imagine in a single battery wall clock or single battery LED light, they may be underpowered. All my applications so far have been 2+ batteries I hope this makes sense. Have a nice week !

Pretty cool little unit! Those things are probably really popular in the Mini Z world 👍 ..being a vaper though, I got a decent dual unit that does 18650 batteries down to the little 123 size ones way before I got back into RCs. It works great for all kinds of batteries!

Sounds sweet! I have been debating in my mind if I should get a reachable unit like this and never pulled the trigger so when I got a chance to test this one out, I figured.... why not! Seems solid. Yours sounds fancy! Thanks for checking it out.

@@BriansRCStuff Yeah it was one of those "buy once cry once" things I did trying to quit cigarettes.. been going good for probably 8 years now. The brand is 'Nitecore' if you're curious

I use those same batteries (different charger). They don't last that long in my Futaba 3PV. After a full day of racing they definitely need recharging. Not a big deal though...saves me $$$ on buying new batteries. Just have to stay on top of keeping them charged. The voltage is also 1.2V vs 1.5V.......

Nice, which one do you have? Yeah, I was thinking I would not use them in my receivers as to maximize range I wanted a higher voltage battery. I haven't have a chance to compare them to alkaline batteries for how long they will last. Sounds like yours do not last as long?

@@BriansRCStuff I use an XTAR Dragon charger. I use the batteries on race days and have never had an issue,. I'm curious if you'll see a distance issue with your speed run due to the lower voltage.

@@arkyrc I do not plan on using these in my speedrun transmitters for that exact reason but excellent point! When they get pull out 1.5 V, I swapped them into one of my Asher cars, transmitters and put fresh ones in the speed run car transmitter.
