With or without Fed participation, the drivers of interest rate and ultimately revival of the commercial office space, are real growth in the economy and expected inflation.

The Resources that have fed Investor Economy since 1898 was Colonial Exploitation. The Colonies have joined a Trade Union, and BRICS are negotiating prices. The FED appears powerless to change that? Banks have little liquid assets to fund expansion. The FED seems powerless to feed the insatiable Bankers. As Senator Tommy Tuberville says, "We are Dead Broke!" Where will economic recovery originate?
