Did this. It came out very well. I used to like it when my mom makes. Later we were purchasing only from shops. Always shop vadams stick to mouth or doesn't fry properly. The one which I did from watching your video turned out excellently and I loved eating the koozh and nostalgic, reminded of childhood days. Thank you so much

Madam pl.clear my doubt.you said 2litres of water to be boiled.but you are mentioning1litre at the bottom.which is correct . first'time I am going to try.Thanksfor clearing my doubt.

Mami after drying in plastic sheet it becomes difficult to remove from plastic sheet, it comes along with plastic sheet which is bad, please tell me a way to remove from plastic sheet. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

Amma ,naan every year all type of vadam poaduven ,i m in Mumbai. Oru doubt,javarisi vadam ittappuram ,kaayarche crack aagardhu ,why pl clear my doubt. It will be useful for everyone. I also do it in the he same way. Where it gone wrong bcoz of that this crack is there. I couldn't figure out ,pl clarify my query ❤

Good morning. I had done sago vadam like the procedure as shown by you. Everything went on well. But after drying it got cracked and all went off like powder form. What may be the reason? I used mavu javvarsi only. I tried twice but it was all gone to powder form. Please tell me what may be the reason and where I had gone wrong? Thanks. Have a good and great day.

Maavu sago will be good for other types of vathal like katta vathal and murukku vathal...but not for this vadam....even if you over boil or more water then, it becomes like crumbs....I had same problem initially....

Turn the cloth Sprinkle some water back side of the vatal wait for 5 minutes again turn the cloth remove the vatal from the cloth and dry in the sun .

Keep a stick standing with a black ribbon tied on its top adjacent to the cloth of vadams! I used to drive away crows in this manner when I was a child holding another stick in my hands! This can be tried for pigeons and I wish you success! (Maami failed to respond this time also! I feel sad!)
