If it is Store bought mavu அது போல் ஆகும். வெண்ணை குறைவாக ஆனாலும் ஆகும்.

Mami how to use rice and urad dal mixed flour ..Can we give 5 cups rice 1 cup urad dal mixed in Mavvu mill and use to prepare murukku.

I had made the murukku but after the murukku is fried it get soft from inside and their is no crunchiness.... if I fry them for longer time the colour changes but still there is no crunchiness..can u please suggest.

very nice mami. i make this often, it comes very crispy and tasty, i use only four cups to one, can you tell me why mine sometimes it splits in the oil a;though it is crispy. is it because i use too much butter, thanks
