Thanks for the detailed recipe using store bought maavu mami. Generally the bakshanam does not come out crisp for me and because of neivedyam, I end up making them without tasting and feel disappointed. I followed yours and all the bakshanam came out really well and crispy. Entire family enjoyed it and our sincere gratitude to you for explaining it so beautifully
