Tried Vella seedai . The outcome was excellent. All these years my m.i.l used to do. After her demise I have to do. So safely I tried your recipe &,it did let me down. Thank you so much. I like the way you have given the amount of water to be used too. Thank you so much. 🙏

Thanks for the detailed recipe using store bought maavu mami. Generally the bakshanam does not come out crisp for me and because of neivedyam, I end up making them without tasting and feel disappointed. I followed yours and all the bakshanam came out really well and crispy. Entire family enjoyed it and our sincere gratitude to you for explaining it so beautifully

Many thanks for the excellent explanation and useful tips mami. I was always scared to make cheedai as it exploded once and fell straight on my face.
