Interesting to see the extinct kuzhambu varieties of our families back again! But in milagoottal, mostly keralites use neer kai like chow chow, pudalangai, mathan, elavan, (white,yellow poosani), murungakkai like that only. Avial also they use these veggies and senai, vazhakkai only. Thanks a lot mami!

Some doubts.. you use round red chillies along with stem or kaambu. Do you also grind the stem? Secondly, what grinder grinds such small quantities?
