Did this Thiruvadhirai kali with 9 vegetables kootu. Did with 2 cups rice. Jaggery 1: 2. Water also same as you told. Came VERY WELL IN COOKER. KOOTU ALSO CAME WITH GOOD FLAVOUR & TASTE. Being " Prasad" I gave to neighbours & friends. Thanks for your good recipe.
