Namaskaram mami. I wanted to eat parupu usili for a very long time but since it’s a lengthy process, mostly i won’t prefer it. But today i tried this with kothavarangai and seriously there was no difference in the taste. Unique and quick way to do the dish. Thinking of preparing the podi in extra quantity so that can cook anytime i feel like eating it! Thank you.
