I love this recipe! I never have the tomato powder and I can never find chipotle sauce only chipotles with sauce, the recipe still comes out amazing and I eat it with asparagus to stay low carb.

a can of chipotle peppers will work just as well, it’ll be spicier though so just add as many peppers as you feel comfortable with 🙂

You cant cook chunks of chicken breast that long...I know its dry

You can always pan sear the chicken, remove and heat the sauce for a couple of minutes, then re-add the chicken.

if you get the can of chipotle sauce (make sure it says “sauce” and “medium” heat) that i used it wont be spicy at all, i’d say like a 2 or 3 out of 10, if you want it to be more spicy use a can of chipotle peppers instead of sauce. hope this helps. :)

yes, use an extra tomato and don’t add all the chiles all at once, just do a couple then taste it and keep adding until you got it at the spiciness you want. :)
