We Persian have lots rice recipes with herbs ,but with parsley cilantro dills ! Never use spinach for rice . We do spinach and rice for soup with lots of green onions and other greens . I should try this recipe of yours see how it comes out ? We have a rice ,lima beans and lots lots dill ,( dry or fresh not dash of dill ! A lots dill ) and chicken it is really good with great salad🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks again for another delicious, easy recipe. Very fussy husband very pleased (not that I care much any more´LOL) . I did not have fresh so used finely chopped frozen spinach. And that marinade.sooooo good! Whiskey's eyes....OMGoodness...beautiful dog/mascot! And...that pepper mill snatch...love it and the excellent videography...it's eye candy!
