great episode. Breathing is really helpful in calming everything down and then you can think more clearly.

somewhat interesitng episode. she kind of gives me a bit softy feelings vibes. also ne thing about your pdocast i feel like is the lack of actionable information. like utalk nicely and all but the amount of valuable informaton to apply ot ones own life is not that large.

I completely disagree with your critique. It is an excellent episode and an excellent podcast. As you can see in others' comments and as reflected in the high number of subscribers, lots of people find it very interesting and useful. Here you get enlightenment, knowledge and inspiration, and it helps you to find and use practical tools better. It is a different type of podcast from, for example, Huberman's, focusing heavily on practical protocols. I follow them both, but Scott is my definite favorite ❤!

@@taivkl-ds1wd i never saidit wasnt a good podcast. just that it could be better. lots of time is filled with random anecdotes and bladibla while more practical info could be shared.
