As an artist myself, I was REALLY impressed with this piece. I loved the wood burning technique which created tree-like outlines and the colours and placements of the wood blocks gave this piece such an interesting modern art vibe. Well done Nick! 👏

Both works of art but torn with the combination of the two. A steal brush across those burns would really remove that char and bring out the details in the burns great work.

First I like to thank you sharing your experience in the world of wood with as. I benefited from these experiences many times. I found big number of scrap wood. (i think its Indian teakwood) the problem that majority are not straight and after planing it i loose alot of materials. My question is there a way to straighten lumber by storing it for same time? I've done this many times. Your pieces are surfaced lumber which means they have eased (slight radius) edges. The results are better if all edges are 90-degree crisp. Do you ever watch "Talking Dead"? There's one of these with smaller pieces behind the host.

I love the watching of wood cutting and prepping but the burning of the wood I didn't like it...just to fussy..it don't compliment those small pieces if wood. Imo it just something I wouldnt buy. Other than that your videos are cool
