I love this theme of when you're faced with something you could never imagine dealing with, you actually do cope and you get through it. I've been having intrusive thoughts this time around and it's so helpful to keep going back to that thought that if something unimaginable happens, I will find the strength. Just like I have before. Also I've saved so many of Quigley's photos to my Pinterest over the years! I think the sexiness you speak of comes from confidence and zest for life ✨

Perhaps the actual word that would embody the Feeling that We want to feel as we get older might not be “sexy” as the masses see sexiness but is actually very APPEALING!? That’s it’s for me at least!!❤🎉❤🎉❤ particularly because as we age we don’t turn heads the way we used to, and I for one am now all about turning hearts to Joy!❤❤❤

I love y’all’s podcast! Just a personal opinion, maybe yall could change the music at the beginning(the intro)? Maybe that’s just me and if so noooo worries!! Just a thought…it’s not the most welcoming or good for the beginning of the video.
