Thank you both, so much for starting the conversation of the importance of building a community of sisterhood because we have been taught that we as women should compete against each other and this has most of the time been based on how we look, for example women are always targeted on looking a certain type of way while men are not only accepted for not having to wear makeup but are even called ‘wise’ for showing certain traits of having been in existence for a longer period of life;!and for a talking about tge importance of energies (masculine and feminine) I currently am extremely grateful that I can always find this channel as a community that I am not able to have in my current environment, I am creating an environment for myself to match everything that you both are talking about and representing, I don’t want to lose myself in the environment that’s surrounding me at the moment, I also believe I am the energy I want around, but I do have to admit that I can sense tge energies around me and I don’t want to have to constantly be blocking and wasting energy ,why I am leaving this comment that you are the community that is currently providing me with not just the language to speaks to others if interested but to speak to myself and help me understand where I am as my current vibe and what I am doing to contribute towards my highest self, thank you both!

This episode has helped me so much! I used to have more self confidence before college, but after not making friends for the first time when I entered college, I lost a lot of confidence. Hearing this was refreshing! I do truly agree and believe that our love for the people we do have who appreciate us, even if they are far and few, is more powerful than the rejections society may put on us. I have spent 4 years in college, I don't even dress differently than my peers and I don't say anything about my spirituality yet for the first time, I have made no friends (despite being social). It reminds me that even if you conform to society outwardly, you won't be accepted either at times. So be yourself! Be authentic and proud! And remember that the ones who do appreciate you (even if it's just a family member or your dog) can be more powerful than the hate or rejection you face💖!

Wonderful podcast, i have been meaning to create a podcast, because literally so frustrated over the fact that there is literally no female narrative and conversations around things that women have to exclusively go through, which feel like living in the 1560s. And the horrible misogyny, abuse, objectification, harrasment denigration and victim blaming we systemically have to go through! My problem is I try to be myself but the people around me say I’m to loud (no inside voice) , to eccentric , ect .mostly my parents are the ones that say that kinda of stuff and holds me back in life.
