Mike Nielsen - The screws you're referring to are most likely those that fasten the Rocker Springs to the base. See this video to learn more about how to properly attach them & fix them when they strip out and will not stay tight. ---> kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaqod3WvqNxrf8U
