Being a NCC cadet if you have not attended RDC will it effect your SSB ?

No, it's not like that. I have taken 5-6 interviews of NCC SPL ENTRY (check playlist) from Rank 1, 3, 4, 9, and 25, and trust me they are good ranks who have not attended RDC. Well, RDC gives you an exposure and open the door to new opportunities but even if you don't have attended RDC it doesn't impact that much.

I am having b grade in certificate and 3 Atc camps with sergeant rank. Does these things affects in ssb interview.i listened from somebody that they are preffering cadets having excellent camps, rank during ncc tenure.

They are preffering OLQs and these doesn't come from excellent camp or some rank in ncc it comes from your life experiences so don't listen to anyone saying this and give your best that's all you can do
