Three of the 20 hermitages in Tongdosa Temple are recommended.
The recommended hermitage is in three places, as shown in the picture.
You can drive from Tongdosa Temple right next to the parking lot of each hermitage.
It's a very accessible place.
Biroam was founded in 1345 (the first year of King Chungmok's reign) by a Buddhist monk named Yeongsuk.
It's famous for the Arctic War, which reflects the Big Dipper faith.
Many people visit this place because it makes them feel comfortable.
In addition, the small hermitage of Tongdosa Temple is small, but the buildings are pretty in close proximity.
It's a place with beautiful scenery.
Geungnakam Hermitage was the fourth mountain hermitage in Tongdosa Temple and was founded in the late Goryeo Period.
Geungnakyeongji, a pond of Geungnakam, is one of the eight scenic views of Tongdo, and the mountain peaks and mountains of Yeongchuksan Mountain.
Banyaam was founded by Buddhist monk Jian in 1999 and is surrounded by dense forests, making it a scenic spot.
There are valleys and suspension bridges in Banyaham, and if you cross the suspension bridge, you can also see the stone towers built by Hwalam Geosa Temple.
I've introduced three hermitages in Tongdosa Mountain.
If you visit Tongdosa Temple, I recommend you to look around.
