One of the things about how long it takes them to make things is majority of the time (for most things) to make something goes into making the things required to make the thing. There are a few parts of the phone that will take a long time to make again (the things gen had to make 500 of for instance) but a lot of the parts are really easy to make now that they've built their primitive factory parts.

Senku made revival fluid in the first episode you guys did saw Tsukasa and Yuzuriha being revived almost immediately- and in episode 4 Senku gives the Revival Recipe to Tsukasa so yea it just takes about 5 to 6 mins to get the petrification to undone...

Actually, acquiring the nitric acid from the bats takes some time. Between reviving Tsukasa and Yuzuriha there was some time, like a couple of days, that passed.
