It’s so heartbreaking that Reconstruction wasn’t allowed to continue. 😢 Thank you for sharing this educational video.

Voting is not the answer for back people. It has not helped black people in decades. This video really breaks down and explains why. Please watch. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaO3YoiIprlsfa8

Great lesson ! Finally found a black being giving this teaching.. what stands out to me is the photo at 0:49 .. pause it.. theres NO black hand on the shoulder of a white , only a white hand on the shoulder of a black.. that photo alone spoke so much about American history without even saying a word.. very observant i am..

Senator Hiram Revels was the Founding President of the nation's 1st Public institution of Higher Education for Black Americans up from slavery - Alcorn University. In essence, Alcorn State's founding married the responsibility of education of the former slave with the U.S Government and State government; securing those the right to a Higher education in America. This notable University should be honored and protected for it's contributions to American History.

A very kind insightful American who is here to help people see what everyone sees, I absolutely enjoy watching him with a documentary and presentation. Not being black still causes me pause when white Americans are in so much denial. It is why I always hated that miserable cop show, no discernment nor restraint on officers in using wisdom and discretion plus all the crud regulations that cover their atrocities as an excuse for hate. They have never apologized and continue with arrogance. I can't get a tan or someone at a medspa thinks I can't be treated but if a naturally blond woman lays out in the sun she is treated as literally precious. Boston the south the west, down straight the center of America, we need to ask God for forgiveness. We stole people and used them, do many hurt people walking around feeling less than. Made in the image of God. Black Americans are strong loving giving people they are to be respected within their own communities and before everyone else.

Before the 60’s and 70’s, republicans were considered the liberal party, democrats were conservatives. The principles of the parties switched. If slavery was still legal today, it would be the party fighting for the human rights of illegal immigrants that would be fighting for the end to slavery! Not republicans!
