I like how each member has a different personality to them. The Commander is generally angry, and is likely very serious about getting things wrapped up as quickly and efficiently as possible, which is likely why he is in his position as a Commander of the NTF. "Ugh, I don't have time for this!" The Rookie/Cadet is excited, having been brought in recently and not having to deal with some of the more life-threatening and scary stuff yet, still leaving him with some vigor about his job. The Lieutenant is tired, having had to deal with more dangerous anomalous items and beings has worn his general demeanor about his job, leaving him more "meh" to everything. (Probably a better way to word this, but you likely get my point.)

The Commander (Commander Ryan) is the player who is an MTF expert and knows much tricks and strategies as well as having lots of tips in his memory. He does things the most efficient and fast as he can. Stays on intercom most of the time, giving and explaining the tips, tricks and strategies entrenched in his memory to players. The Cadet (Cadet Rookie) is the new player and he is a tad bit too excited for containing SCPs, eliminating D-Classes trying to escape, eliminating Chaos Insurgency members and protecting MTFs and scientists. The Lieutenant (Lieutenant Dutch) is the player that is just done with all these SCPs killing him and just wants to finally win in a match and not get killed by SCPs. Basically, a normal player that is done with SCPs killing him and the player wants to get a win.

I always imagine a cool gameplay mechanic with them switching up who's singing: The main leader would just have the normal 4k notes we all know and love. His charting has mostly streams, but here and there are some double jacks (Jacks aren't always bad, if they're used right it can be actually fun to play) When the leader says "YOU'RE UP" it appears as text on the screen and then it's the "nooby" person's turn. He also has 4k notes however the scroll speed is changing to be faster and slower and the notes are swaying a little, showing how his rapping skills are kinda wonky. However when the leader tells them "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT." The scroll speed becomes faster and is always moving at the same constant rate normally. His charting has some doubles (not jacks but just two different notes being pressed at the same time) Mixed with just normal single notes. However when the leader says "WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT." his charting becomes pure streams (stairs etc) When the leader comes back again the scroll speed becomes slower as he starts to sing, but now his charting is mostly normal and you almost see no jacks anymore. You continue and sing until.. The lieutenant finally comes out to play, there's an animation where a circle gets inbetween your arrows, and all of the sudden you're playing 5k FnF. Lieutenants charting is pure streams the entire way, but this time there's an extra note to watch out for! The leader says "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT." but the scroll speed doesn't change up, since the Lieutenant doesn't seem to really care. In the end when they change up quite a lot you have to be ready for how the chart is gonna change, and how the notes are gonna sway, aswell as keep an eye out for the 5th note if you have to. All of the 3 characters also have different arrow styles and colors: The leader has normal Arrows with black and green colors. The "nooby" dude also has arrows, but they're poorly drawn and outlined. His colors are all white. The Lieutenant has 5 circles instead and they're all red.

Here's my ideas for what these three gentlemen would do during their song: Commander/try hard dude: Occasionally, while the Commander is singing, the power will go out. The Commander has night vision goggles, so it doesn't effect him. However, you don't, which causes the notes to only become visible when they are already halfway to the arrows. Also, whenever he yells "we don't have time for that!", He injects whatever team member is singing with adrenaline, making their notes much more faster. Cadet/the guy who's having fun: Whenever he isn't singing, the Cadet will occasionally provide covering fire for his teammates, causing your health to start rapidly decreasing. Lieutenant/the tired guy: The lieutenant will throw three frag grenades throughout the song. When this happens, a special note will appear, and if you don't hit it, you better be ready to lose 90% of your health bar. Oh, I didn't just mean your health. *_I meant that your health bar gets cut down to 10%._* Better take cover before that grenade explodes.
