Wife and I are looking to do some gold mining while our yacht is being worked on. We sailed from Westport Washington to San Francisco and then up to Napa. We just stayed up in North California and all I wanted to do was go panning.

@@notjustgold it’s actually a homemade gutter sluice I put together, but the matting is the key to the system. This matting almost replicates gold cube matting and has matting called rough top conveyor belt matting it can be quite expensive, but I got it for free through a friend I’m actually making several more sluices just like it to give away as prizes, stay tuned!

Go north young man about a quarter mile, and that builds up every year, Your at shark bait beach, surfers gold for this area, In my 30 plus years here I have seen 1 great white thus as a local, I call it shaek bait beach to the local surfers
