Nearly 1K subs! I only found you last night and binged a number of vids. Love the DIY and sharing ideas. Love the hikes and the tours plus location tips. Its hardly giving away hotspots or going to wreck prospecting like someone else suggested. I’m a fair skined Ginger too. However I stopped wearing sunglasses & sunscreen & now seem to not burn & just turn brown… It’s weird I used you wear a lot of sunscreen & get burned & peel. Then watched thing about no sunglasses & something gets put into your skin on sunny days which prevents the harsh burn & peeling. It took me a good 2-3 months for eyes to adjust on sunny days. But yeah that’s my experience, awesome

Well I suppose it does look somewhat like a dredger but I'm pretty sure a floating highbanker isnt illegal on reedy creek you're not pumping gravel you're still digging so all good. as long as youre reclaiming your ground all good. Thats some nice chunky stuff for Reedy creek.

Not 100% sure but as far as I know you can only pump water in that creek , no other mechanical tools are permitted, ( E. Drill) cheers

Hi lessmore as long as your not using a mechanical tool to extract the dirt it's fine. I'm still digging with a hand tool, my drill is doing the same thing that trommel would. 👍

Im going away in 3 weeks to play around where i lived on a gold mine 40 years ago the old guy has died but the creeks around the area did have a lot of gol i saw a lot over 1 to 3 onces so with any luck i will do ok family slow me down for years i had to move away but if i find traces i will be buying a good sluce

Did you watch the video,s i told you to go and look at it. If you travel to the creek. You need to do a full day. It's cost vs. what you dig. But i know it's relaxing and fun. If you float a petrol pump. A refill and off you go. The inlet can be just underwater. Then, a small hose to hopper. You can move where you want and stop moving your pump and battery to the bank.
