love this footage ! - when you jump so high and land so far down wind, it amazes me how theres never someone ( that you probably never even saw /considered b4 you jumped ) that you unavoidably end up on a crash course with when you land . I wondered if this ever happened !

Mostly experienced kite surfers kite in those places and conditions, and most of them have been around each other for a while so they must follow certain codes and not randomly bump into each others

@@CaspersCuts You can see clearly from his POV that he is looking at the other kiters spotting them 4:45 , 5:04 , 5:08 , 5:20 (Looking to the side not the direction of his jump) , 5:27 , 5:53 , 6:03 (Looking left and right) , 6:20 . They are jumping almost in the same area so they must be taking turns and when one is done clears the area for others. They are playing with 3m waves conditions, already with no jumping involved you should be looking around to be aware of anyone close who might get caught in a wave and his kite falls and crosses your way, you have enough room to not get caught and no one is in your way.

Hi Kev, an other crazy vid ! Many thanks for that. Just for memory, kite lines are approximatly 24 m. Very interesting to have this reference at 4:41 timelaps !!!! So so high over other kiteboarders with a huuuuge flight time. Is it kitesurfing or paragliding, the question stay open 😄😄👍👍👍

Ha Ha. At love that when you Woost (kick legs above head during the jump for added height) you take the board off so as not to affect the height reading ( 02:55 ). Classic! Also - that jump was MASSSIVE!
