It's weird to think that War of The Worlds was being sold as a new release in the local library when this was being recorded.

This is the purposefully tricked-out version of Edison's The Sneeze given out as a 'gift' (actually, a good slap) at Ray Rohauser, and his horrible copies of prints (most of which he stole), and then slapped on some ridiculous title card(s), and presenting it a new, and therefore copyright-able. The only thing Rohauser did - was to cause such... annoyance with real film preservations, who were interested in saving films and not simply making money of of them, that it helped bring attention to what was then a small group, witch wasn't very well-known.
