I like the idea of Rasputin being “Humanity’s greatest Sinner” sounds so much like his irl counterpart, I like the simple ability of not having pain receptors or having an inhuman will to continue to fight and the thought of his Volund being a spell book and fighting either Odin, Anubis, or Loki would be interesting since these three gods do have the ability to spell cast in their respective mythologies

an excerpt from a databook says that one of rasptuins quotes is: "the empire will have no aristocrats, emperors or descendants of emperors" so idk if that says something about his characterization

Perhaps that could hint at Rasputin being a more sinister character that was a Russian spy to lead to the end of the Tsar and his whole family being wiped out and Empire falling. I'd say he's going to be portrayed more like Jack the Ripper at first but maybe more heroic as time goes on perhaps showing empathy for his valkerie or maybe he was set up to look villainous and isn't as bad as everyone thinks

Rasputin has always been the wild card in this entire fight. And its fitting bc Jack was seen as the ultimate evil. When in reality he was the most righteous of the fighters. He was chaotic good in a sense. Rasputin will come to us as a friend. Bc thats how he got to power. He came as a friend, a follower of god and then clawed his way up with deception and every evil act in the book. Some people say that Vlad the Impaler wouldve been a better option but nobody can control that guy. Rasputin will betray humanity for something the Gods offered him. I guarantee it.

I think it would be really interesting when it's finally time to introduce rasputin. we see the other god calling for him only for everyone to learn and see rasputin siting alongside the ranks of the god drinking ambrosia, or another alchool of the gods. Something that would kill a normal human but not rasputin since he's just him.

I think it would be really good to see anubis vs rasputin. Along with him having some ant death power. And if he does have a regenerating power, it would be a good idea that if the only way to kill him would be to have him lack breathing. Cause it would fit his death by drowning. And i think. Also it would be cool a fight between the two of them cause it would be a fight between the god of death against the man who can evade death. It almost would be a fight between an unstoppable force against an immovable object.

Yo idk if you stopped doing them from not having ideas, needing time, or not getting reponsonses on them but I'm waiting for the character studies to come back. Your analysis is always super goated and helps my thought process immensely, and the character analysis especially always brings something significant I didn't realize.

Its a bit of a shame that Tesla took the title of being the only human with magical powers cuz all those ideas around Rasputin would be fun. I wouldn't be surprised if he got simple melee weaponry for his Volundr.

Magic? Tesla was supposed to represent humanitys scientific aspect right? Like their potential to create something without the use of magic. Which ironically was the power source for his suit. But everything else was pure science.

@@SephTheSin He'll still have crazy abilities with himself and his valkyrie, but throwing magical attacks around has been squashed for a while. He'll still be going fist-to-fist or weapon-to-weapon like everyone else has.

I think having Rasputin be born without pain receptors would actually be really interesting. It can be sort of like how Adam eventually ran out of stamina, but in this case all the damage would catch up to Rasputin.

Yeah I can totally envision the final clash where theres some time limit on how long Rasputin can keep fighting till his body bleeds out and dies a bit like in Jack vs Baki from Baki

Honestly I just want him to be a trickster and his Volundr is a Bible. A guess Drunkard would be a best choice Honestly I would have imagined him to be the one who loves the Gods more than any humans but then I could be wrong but if you don't feel Pain, that is not a good thing because that doesn't make you invincible which would be a great set up to whoever he is fighting Honestly it would be pretty interesting to see an really evil and downright hateful Rasputin, showing the rotten side of humans. Honestly I want Anubis and Rasputin to fight because it represents why we fear Death so much

Perhaps his volund could be a something that gives him immortality but limited so it wouldn't be broken Perhaps a bible. And each time he dies and comes back, a page is used up. And he can no longer come back if the bible no longer has any pages He'd still need a fighting style So i say something that looks like drunken fist

I used clips from several shows/movies like Legends of Tomorrow/Kingsman but the one I used the most footage from is Rasputin: Dark Servant of Destiny with Alan Rickman as the lead it's a pretty good retelling of Rasputins story

I have the impression that Rasputin will lose, because as it turned out: the myth of his immortality can actually be considered a fairy tale, as you said. So let him fight the god of death and finally death will win over him once and for all, because he has no abilities that could cheat actual death.
