In my team i am looking for 10 -12 people skilled in some technolgoy. I am not getting even 2-3 as youngsters busy in Instagram, facebook rather studying and gaining skill set online. If at all anyone spend six months in training and everything available freely and in few thosuand bucks ,on internet, then job isn;t an issue at all.
