Record Water Levels at Folsom Feb 19, 1986 - 1986 Sacramento Flooding

My best friend in Folsom John Bond, his step-dad was the “main man” for the US Bureau of Reclamation at Folsom Dam (Chuck Caines) , in February 1986 I remember Chuck letting us go down to the Folsom Dam “lower” parking lot when all 8 gates were open (the Dam had two parking lots, the lower lot was RIGHT DOWN NEXT TO THE WATER), and OMG, I remember it being so loud that we could not even talk to each other, like being at a rock concert. The water was 30-40 feet away, having just fell over 150 feet down from the open gates, it's an AMAZING memory. I can’t find any information about this event, but I vividly remember that all 5 regular, and all 3 emergency gates, ALL 8 GATES WERE OPEN AT THE SAME TIME, trust me, it happened, I was there. Anyway, in researching this event I came across your 1986 Water Level Video, and found your channel. Thank you SO MUCH for capturing these events. The night that I found your channel, I ended up binge-watching all night, I was mesmerized by all your videos, thank you SO much.
